Dear Friends and Golfers:
The fourth-annual Brenda Hall Abney Fall Golf Classic will be held Monday, October 6, 2008, at Squire
Creek Country Club in Choudrant, LA. Your generosity in supporting the Louisiana Baptist Children’s
Home (LBCH) in the past has allowed them to complete the Learning Center, which has benefited
all resident children in their after-school studies.
This year we begin fundraising for a perimeter fence to provide much-needed security for the entire campus.
Join me for a day of golf and fellowship on October 6. A registration form is enclosed for your use. One
hundred percent of all receipts go to the LBCH since RoyOMartin pays for expenses in running the
tournament. All contributions from non-players are accepted for any amount you feel led to contribute.
In 2007 we had 43 teams (morning and afternoon flights), so get your registration in early to be guaranteed
a spot.
Sponsorships can be at one of the following levels:
Diamond Sponsor: $10,000
· Sponsor enters 12 players
· Receives recognition as a sponsor on 2 holes (#1 and #18)
· Each player receives a premium golf shirt and 1 dozen Pro
V-1 balls
Platinum Sponsor: $7,500
· Sponsor enters 8 players
· Receives recognition as a sponsor on 1 hole (#9)
· Each player receives a golf shirt and 2 sleeves of Pro V-1 balls
Gold Sponsor: $5,000
· Sponsor enters 4 players
· Receives recognition as a sponsor on 1 hole (#10)
· Each player receives a golf shirt and 2 sleeves of Pro V-1 balls
Individual Hole Sponsor: $1,750
4-Person Teams: $2,100
Individual Player: $550
