Responsibilities include: safely operating production equipment used to make plywood; troubleshooting mechanical issues; actively participating in problem-solving sessions; producing a quality product and required efficiencies consistently; and cross-training on different machine centers.                                 

The ideal candidate must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment without compromise.  He/she must have the ability to collect data and information from different sources, relate and compare it, and identify gaps.  The candidate should demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and derive satisfaction from working with others in a team atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be dependable, available to work rotating shifts, and eager to learn in our high-performance team environment.  Furthermore, he/she must be willing to cross-train in the designated progression plan.  Critical is the ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
